"My first experience here was outstanding!! I could see within a few minutes why all of the riders at work recommended them and why they were so busy when I got there. All of the associates I dealt with were great! I went in for cold weather riding pants, which I ultimately passed on, and a wireless helmet headset. After I bought it, an associate installed it for me and explained a little bit of how it worked, including some recommendations for optimizing the sound quality while I ride.
